Pages 1 through 9 have been numbered.  Assemble brochure as follows:  Lay page 1 face down.  Lay page 2 face down on top of page 1.  Lay page 3 face up on top of page 2.  Lay page 4 face down on top of page 3.  Lay page 5 face up on top of page 4.  Fold all pages, together, in half lengthwise.  Fix pages together by stapling along fold two or three times.
