Price for this record is comprised of out-of-pocket expenses incurred and fees for time and services rendered in order to retrieve and/or copy the record on your behalf.  Therefore, no refund is payable if the record you have requested cannot be found in the church and timeframe that you have specified.  It may be necessary for us to contact you for clarification of the details or for further information before we are able to process your document request.  In any event, we will send you an email when your request has been processed for action, usually within 24 business hours of our receipt of notification of your payment.
