Price for this record is comprised of out-of-pocket expenses incurred and fees for time and services rendered in order to retrieve and/or copy the record on your behalf.  It may be necessary for us to contact you for clarification of the details or for further information before we are able to process your document request.

On the payment page please add any additional information that you have for the event, such as names of parents (for baptism or burial) or spouse (for marriage or burial).

If you require a record of more than one event you will have to complete the order process, below, for each event individually.

If you have requested a record that we are unable to obtain for you for the fee stated we will notify you within 5 business days and refund your payment in full.  But no refund is payable if the record you have requested cannot be found in the church and timeframe that you have specified.
