Unfortunately dear friends, colleagues and clients, due to the harrassment and bullying, which, in my opinion, is tantamount to extortion, of my home insurer who are insisting that it is necessary for me to take out commercial insurance coverage or else they will not continue to insure our home, for which

1. this business is not a commercial enterprise being run out of my home;


2. this business is neither required by law nor any other government institution or agency to carry commerical insurance for any purpose; and,


3. this business is not regulated any by law nor any other government institution or agency and has no "professional" body requiring registration or errors and omissions insurance or commercial insurance such as would be necessary for legal professionals, accountants, midwives, et cetera; and,


4. neither this business nor I can afford any such non-essential, non-mandatory insurance.

I have been left with absolutely no alternative other than to discontinue the professional services previously offered by Ancestry Solutions, being the business of Ancestry Solutions, which also effectively puts me out of a job!

Thank you for being such loyal friends, colleagues, clients and fans over the years. You have been the reason I have gotten up in the mornings to help people correctly solve their deeply personal family stories. God bless and God speed.

Please write to me at the usual address and we can arrange a mutually suitable hand-off of your project. For those of you who are awaiting deliveries of books, please also write to me should your deliveries not arrive. We have never lost one yet and all books and CDs/DVDs are fully insured for shipping.

All copyrights and trademarks owned by or in process for Ancestry Solutions will remain in full force and effect for the duration of their original grants.
