Evans Ann Driffield 9d 400
Turner James Driffield 9d 400
Parents of James Turner bn 1839 are incorrect. He was the illegitimate son of Mary Turner, the daughter of William Turner and Ann nee Mortimer. I've saved a couple of things to your shoebox on Ancestry. James' mother, Mary, had 3 other children, all out of wedlock: Lavinia, Rebecca and Hannah. James birth registration as found on the GRO website is:
TURNER, JAMES -
GRO Reference: 1839 S Quarter in SKIRLAUGH Volume 22 Page 598
No mother is mentioned, which is an immediate indicator that this child was illegitimate.
You'll also want to see this tree on Ancestry:

and in particular the statement Sandra Burnett makes about Mary Ann Turner.
Sandra Burnett is descended through James Turner and Ann Evans son, Robert. She gives a potential father for James Turner, one Samuel Wright, but she gives no evidence to support that claim. So, Samuel Wright cannot be added to Joan's tree at this point.
Parents of William Turner, baptised 22 Apr 1783, Sherburn, Yorkshire were John Turner and Elizabeth nee MENNARD.
Parents of Ann Mortimer, baptised 13 Aug 1786, Garton in Holderness, Yorkshire, were Richard Mortimer and Mary nee LONGMAN.
James Turner's wife, Ann Evans, was also illegitimate baptised 20 Feb 1842 at Hutton Cranswick, Yorkshire to mother Ann Evans.

James Easby born circa 1787, West Rounton:
his wife was Jane JEFFERSON. They married 1816 at Bessingby, Yorkshire. This was found on a reverse marriage search on FindmyPast for Jane with spouse Easby comparing two marriages of a James Easby, one in 1803 and the other in 1816.
She was baptised 1 Feb 1797 at Thwing to John Jefferson and Mary.
Isabel Poole
on the census with William J. Weller gives her birth particulars as being about 1868 at Slyne, Lancashire. That matches the information that you gave me years ago. Looking at the 1871 census (I've saved it to your shoebox) for Ellet, Lancashire there is Isabella Pool, daughter, aged 3 born Slyne with parents John Pool born circa 1840 at Slyne and Jane born about 1835 at Aberdeen, Scotland. Also with them are two sisters of Jane: Georgina Gardiner, married, born about 1843 Whithorn, Scotland and Sarah Stirling, also married, born about 1845, Whithorn, Scotland.
So, my question is, where did you get the Williton, Somerset information for the birth place of Isabel Poole?
In the 1911 census (also in your shoebox) her birthplace was recorded as Slyne but crossed through and written above it was Birmingham. In that census was her sister, Margaret born about 1878 at Birmingham.
The 1881 census for Birmingham (also in your shoebox) again has John and Jane (as in 1871) with Isabella, this time born Bolton le Sands, Lancashire, William born Ellet, Jane born Bolton le Sands and Margaret born Birmingham.

I've also put the 1897 marriage certificate of William John Weller and Isabel Poole in your shoebox. One of the witnesses is a Margaret Poole, who would have been Isabel's sister. So, the evidence is definitely indicating that Jane Gardner was the mother of Isabel, not Mary Ann Norton. Also, that John Poole and Mary Ann Norton have been claimed by another researching who has Isabel marrying a different fellow and dying in London much earlier than Joan's lady.

and confirms mother's maiden name as CARR
This is further confirmed by the 1851 census where John Pool is a grandson visiting with John Carr and Ann Carr. (I've saved that to your shoebox, too)

INCLEDON OF BUCKLAND IN BRAUNTON
The manor of Buckland in Braunton North devon with an estate called Incledon, belonged to the Incledon family from an early period till the year 1759.
Richard Incledon, Gent., 1558; John Incledon, 1570; Lewis Incledon, 1614; John Incledon, Esq., 1661; Lewis Incledon, Esq., 1698; Henry Incledon, Esq., 1736; John Incledon, Esq., 1746.
The earliest Incledon records are from the 12th century. They probably lived at the adjoining farm. Buckland was purchased in 1319 and Incledons have lived there ever since. Only once in seven centuries was the head of the house a Webber, because the elder daughter married Philip Rogers Webber of Loxhore near Barnstaple in the mid 18th century. Webber came from a pewterer family, and both his father and grandfather were Mayors of Barnstaple. Their portraits hang in the Guildhall at Barnstaple.
Meanwhile the Incledons had been supplying several Recorders of Barnstaple over a period of 79 years. In about 1746 Robert Incledon built Pilton House, Barnstaple, now an old people's home, and his son Benjamin, Recorder in 1758, was living there in 1770. The 1830 Recorder, Robert Newton Incledon, also lived there. The two stone falcons of the Incledon crest stood at its entrance gate, but were later transferred to Buckland. Philip Rogers Webber reconstructed the front of Buckland in the Queen Anne style, completing it in 1762. They had 16 children, and rebuilt the east wing to accommodate them. His son Henry Webber was Caroline's Great-great-great-Grandfather.
Buckland had 650 acres of farm land and ancient farm buildings including one dating from 1660. The 1841 census lists 35 people living on the estate. While other places in Devon called Buckland are probably named after the male deer, it is believed that this Buckland was Boke-land, indicating that the estate is listed in the Domesday Book.
The manor of Buckland in this parish, with an estate called Incledon, belonged to the Incledon family from an early period till the year 1759. One of the co-heiresses of the late John Incledon, Esq. brought it to the late Philip Rogers Webber, Esq. whose son, Henry Webber, Esq., a general in the East India Company's service, is the present proprietor. Buckland house is the seat of General Webber. There was also a manor of Buckland Chailow in this parish, the inheritance of the Giffard family, who held it under the duchy of Cornwall in the reign of James I.
Heanton Punchardon is the next village where branch of Pomeroy’s held a small manor

Early life[edit]
Thomas de Beauchamp, 11th Earl of Warwick depicted in 1347 as one of the 8 mourners attached to the monumental brass of Sir Hugh Hastings (d. 1347) at St Mary's Church, Elsing, Norfolk. He displays the arms of Beauchamp on his tunic
Thomas de Beauchamp was born at Warwick Castle, Warwickshire, England to Guy de Beauchamp, 10th Earl of Warwick and Alice de Toeni. He served in Scotland frequently during the 1330s, being captain of the army against the Scots in 1337. He was hereditary High Sheriff of Worcestershire from 1333 until his death (in 1369). In 1344 he was also made High Sheriff of Warwickshire and Leicestershire for life.[citation needed]
Victor at Crécy and Poitiers[edit]
Left:Seal (obverse) of Thomas de Beauchamp, 11th Earl of Warwick, dated 1344: S(IGILLUM) THO(M)E COMITIS WARRWYCHIE ANNO REGNI REGIS E(DWARDII) TE(RT)II...(continued on counter-seal) ("Seal of Thomas, Count (Earl) of Warwick in the year of the reign of King Edward the Third..."). He displays on his surcoat, shield and horse's caparison the arms of Beauchamp, and carries on his helm as crest a swan's head and neck; right: Counter-seal/reverse: (legend continued from face of seal) ...POST CO(N)QUESTU(M) ANGLIE SEPTI(M)O DECIM(0) ET REGNI SUI FRANCIE QUARTO ("...after the Conquest of England the seventeenth and of his reign of the Kingdom of France the fourth"). This dates the seal to 1344. The arms are those of de Newburgh, the family of the Beaumont Earls of Warwick: Checky azure and or, a chevron ermine. This same display of double arms was used on the seal of his father Guy de Beauchamp, 10th Earl of Warwick on his seal affixed to the Barons' Letter, 1301
Warwick was Marshall of England from 1343/4 until 1369, and was one of the commanders at the great English victories at Crécy and Poitiers.
Thomas de Beauchamp fought in all the French wars of King Edward III; he commanded the centre at the Battle of Crecy (where many of his relatives were killed including his younger half-brother Alan la Zouche de Mortimer). He was trusted to be guardian of the sixteen-year-old Black Prince. Beauchamp fought at Poitiers in 1356 and at the Siege of Calais (1346).
He began the rebuilding of the Collegiate Church of Saint Mary in Warwick using money received from the ransom of a French Archbishop. He died of plague in Calais on 13 November 1369 and was entombed in the Beauchamp Chapel. The chapel contains the finest example of the use of brisures for cadency in medieval heraldry—seven different Beauchamp coats of arms.
