Letters of Administration with the Will annexed of the personal estate and effects of David Bailey late of Old Bonaventure in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland, Planter, deceased, who died 28 Mar 1846 at Old Bonaventure aforesaid were granted at the Principal Registry under the usual Limitations to Thomas Holdsworth Brooking of 14 New Broad Street in the City of London, Merchant the lawful attorney of George Waterman Bailey the son now residing at Old Bonaventure aforesaid, and WILLIAM KELSON now residing at Trinity in the Northern District of the said Island the surviving Executors named in the said Will he the said THOMAS HOLDSWORTH BROOKING having been first sworn.
