    • Marriage licences reads: John Cobb, Jr., of Selling, yeoman, bachelor and Dorothy Kennett spinster of Norton 30 years at Norton.

      I believe, that Dorothy Kennett was the sister of Catherine Kennet, the wife of Nathaniel Rucke. Bequests left in the Wills of Simon and Catherine tend to confirm this supposition.
